WHEN WILL MY CUSTOM SONG OR VIDEO BE DELIVERED?
Your custom song is finished and sent within 48 to 72 hours. Videos take up to 5 business days, assuming all photos have been provided. The timeline starts once payment is confirmed and all needed images are received. Non-delivery issues via email are the buyer's responsibility if addresses are wrong or full.
HOW IS THE SONG OR VIDEO DELIVERED?
Final files are sent to your inbox as MP3s. Please save your file immediately upon arrival. Important: ensure your email address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures linked to faulty email addresses, full storage, or technical issues with your specific email service provider.
CAN I REVIEW THE SONG BEFORE FINAL COMPLETION?
Yes. Prior to final mastering, you will get a private link to hear a preview. This link is strictly for the purchaser and must not be shared. Note: the link expires in 48 hours, so please ensure you listen within that timeframe. All orders are final once this preview period ends to ensure timely delivery for every client.
WHAT IF I GAVE INCORRECT DETAILS IN THE ORDER FORM?
Ensure all details are correct before paying. By submitting, you confirm that names, dates, and event details are accurate. We are not liable for spelling errors or missing data provided by you. If changes are needed after production starts, a fee applies. Only 1 revision is allowed but not guaranteed. ENSURE YOU HAVE RIGHTS FOR SHARED MEDIA. ALWAYS CHECK NAMES AND DATES TWICE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM.
WHO OWNS THE SONG?
You do. Your custom song is yours to keep for life. It is crafted solely for your enjoyment. You hold a PERSONAL USE LICENSE, allowing for social media posts, blog use, or sharing with family. COMMERCIAL LICENSING IS NOT INCLUDED, SO YOU CANNOT SELL THE TRACK. Please reach out if you require further details. We retain the right to showcase snippets for marketing unless you specifically opt-out in writing.
DOES IT INCLUDE THE LYRICS?
Yes. Along with the MP3, we provide a printable A4 lyric sheet. This document is a wonderful keepsake to present to the recipient alongside the digital audio.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL DATA?
All private data and files are permanently purged within 30 days of project completion. Your information is never archived beyond that time or sold to third parties. We value your privacy and trust.
CAN I ADD A VIDEO TO MY ORDER?
Yes. We offer video production to pair with your song. This is available in our shop for an extra fee. NOTE: YOU MUST SUBMIT JPEG IMAGES. FILM styles require up to 15 photos, while slideshows need 10. IMAGES MUST BE HIGH RESOLUTION to ensure the best visual quality. Low-quality photos will result in a grainy finished product. We recommend selecting your best memories for the most emotional impact.
