Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Song2You. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Song2You is a personalised music and video creation service operated by Virtual Concepts, based in Newport, Isle of Wight, UK. We can be contacted at contactsong2you@gmail.com.

2. Our Services

We offer the following bespoke digital products:

Personalised Song for Any Occasion — £79.99
A custom-written and produced song delivered as an MP3 file, with a printable (electronic file) A4 lyrics poster.

Personalised Photo Slideshow Video with Song Soundtrack — £129.99
A still-photo slideshow video set to your personalised song, delivered as an MP4 file.

Personalised Film-Style Video with Song Soundtrack — £199.99
An animated photo film-style video set to your personalised song, delivered as an MP4 file.

All products are custom-created digital items and are non-transferable.

3. Placing an Order

By completing payment, you confirm that:

All information provided — including names, dates, occasion details, and any personal content — is accurate and complete.
You have the legal right to share any personal information or photographs submitted to us.
You have obtained permission from any third parties whose details or images you are providing.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where submitted content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of any applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Production of your song or video will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Delivery

Songs: Completed and delivered within 48–72 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of all required information.
Videos: Completed and delivered within 5 working days of confirmed payment and receipt of all required photos.
Delivery is by email as an MP3 or MP4 file. For larger files, we may use WeTransfer. Please ensure the email address provided is correct and your inbox has sufficient space. We accept no responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, or issues with your email provider.
Please download your files promptly upon receipt.

6. Preview and Approval

Before your song is fully mastered, you will receive a private preview link. This link is intended solely for the customer who placed the order and must not be shared. Preview links are active for 48 hours only; we cannot re-issue expired preview links.

7. Amendments and Alterations

Please check all details carefully before completing your order. By proceeding to payment, you confirm the accuracy of all information submitted.
We do not accept responsibility for errors in information supplied by the customer, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, or missing details.
Should alterations be required after your song has been created, a surcharge will apply. A maximum of one amendment may be considered and cannot be guaranteed.

Song2You will offcourse make any alterations due to mistakes on our side, should that occur

8. Cancellations and Refunds

As all products are custom-created digital items made specifically for each customer, the following applies in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

Once production has begun: We are unable to offer a refund, as the work is bespoke and has been created solely for you.
If you cancel before production has started: Please contact us immediately at contactsong2you@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before work commences.
Technical fault or failure on our part: In the event of a failure to deliver the agreed product, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a suitable remedy.

9. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Upon delivery of your completed song, you are granted a Personal Use Licence. This means you may:

Keep and enjoy your song for personal use Share it on social media, personal blogs, or with friends and family
Use it within your own personal creative projects.

You may NOT: Sell, publish commercially, or license your song to any third party, or use the song for commercial, advertising, or broadcast purposes without prior written agreement.

Song2You retains the right to use short excerpts or samples of completed work in our own promotional materials (e.g. sample playlists, portfolio) unless you expressly request otherwise at the time of ordering.

10. Photos Submitted for Video Orders

By submitting photographs to us, you confirm that:

You own the rights to, or have permission to use, all submitted images.
The photographs do not contain any illegal, offensive, or rights-protected content belonging to a third party.

Photos will be used solely for the purpose of creating your order and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Song2You's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
